Neil Peebles

Neil is a business executive with more than 25 years of experience in various business sectors. His experience includes the successful implementation of joint ventures in Europe, the Middle East, and South East Asia.

Neil is one of the founders of FCI and has been providing investment banking advice and perspective to family owned and closely held private companies. Neil has completed numerous transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, and recapitalisations, as well as capital raising engagements in the equity and debt capital markets.

Timothy Cofman-Nicoresti

Timothy is a highly experienced corporate financier with a career spanning over 30 years, covering a range of disciplines from accountancy to banking and including IPO’s, friendly and hostile takeovers, M&A and private equity. He has a multinational client base and strong expertise of working with international companies.

Timothy has built three substantive businesses for different employers including his time as Corporate Finance Director at ZAI where he provided advice to a portfolio of companies and have been involved with a number of IPO’s and potential IPO’s particularly involving Chinese companies and extractive industries.

Tim is a Senior Business Executive with global expertise in driving profitable growth in challenging, competitive and volatile customer markets. Successful in creating vision and identifying, capturing and building new opportunities to improve bottom-line financial results.

Mike Carley Jr.

Executive Advisor to the board of FCI Group, 13 years experience including Managing Director and Co-head BTIG fixed income credit sales, Distressed special situations trading. Credit trading focussed on iliquid securities and instruments. Previously spent over five years at Jefferies Special Situations Group.
